Enjoy these cocktails made with Darby-Norris & 2Birdz products
~ ESPRESSO MARTINI ~
30ml Darby-Norris Tamar Vodka
30ml 2Birdz Deja Brew Coffee Liqueur
15ml Sugar Syrup
50ml Espresso
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake until frothy.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans and serve.

30ml Darby-Norris Blueberry Vodka
15ml Darby-Norris Valley Gin
30ml Triple Sec
Orange Juice
Pour Gin, triple sec and orange juice in high ball glass frilled with ice.
Stir well.
Add Blueberry Vodka.
Garnish with Orange Wheel
~ Summer Breeze ~
50ml Summer Gin
30ml Simple Syrup
3 Watermelon Balls
2 Lime Slices
Combine gin, watermelon and lime in a cocktail shaker. Muddle all ingredients well. Add simple syrup, fill with ice and shake until ice cold.
Fill the glasses with ice and pour the ingredients from the shaker into the glasses.
Top with Soda Water
Garnish with a watermelon slice, a cucumber slice and a mint sprig
